Konserni tulee investoimaan pintak\u00e4sittelyprojektiliiketoiminnan kehitt\u00e4miseen ja toteuttamiseen.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fredrik Ramberg, Ramberg Investment Ab:n omistaja on my\u00f6s FSP:n pitk\u00e4aikainen omistaja, joka tuntee hyvin pintak\u00e4sittelyliiketoiminnan. H\u00e4nen mukaansa FSP:n keskittyminen ulkoistuspalvelukonseptiin mahdollisti tilaisuuden eriytt\u00e4\u00e4 projektimaalaustoiminta omaksi toiminnakseen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLiiketoimintakaupan my\u00f6t\u00e4 saimme tilaisuuden yhdist\u00e4\u00e4 Ruotsin ja Suomen projektimaalaustoiminnot saman konsernin alle. Nyt sek\u00e4 FSP ett\u00e4 Baltic Surface Treatment yhti\u00f6t voivat keskitty\u00e4 ydinosaamiseensa ja palvella asiakkaita molemmilla sektoreilla\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liiketoimintakaupan kohteena olevat yksik\u00f6t siirtyv\u00e4t Baltic Surface Treatment Oy:lle 1.7.2023 alkaen. Kaikki ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t siirtyv\u00e4t uuteen yhti\u00f6\u00f6n vanhoina ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6in\u00e4 jatkaen liiketoimintaa tuttujen asiakkaiden kanssa.
