CHANGES IN FSP FINLAND ORGANIZATION 1.11.2019
The purpose of the organisational changes is operational development; responding to tightening quality demands, providing wider range of services and improving our profitability by streamlining our organisation.
In the reordered organisation the operational Business Units will be compacted in to four in Finland. Change does not affect Business Units in Estonia and Poland. As earlier informed the South-West Business Unit consist of Hämeenlinna, Kaarina, Pori and Raisio paint shops. Business Unit manager is Juha Granholm.
Because of Pia Sankari will remove on to new challenges, Aleksi Hirvelä has been appointed to a new Supervisor of Kaarina paint shop. In addition to Kaarina he is also still responsible of the daily operations in Naantali paint shop.
Jukka Lähde will also remove on to new challenges. In the future Business Unit Manager Jani Myllys will be responsible of the Middle Finland Units. Myllys is also responsible of new ongoing investments and a Safety Manager of the company.
South Finland Business Unit Manager Henri Kiminki is responsible of Järvenpää, Porvoo, Naantali and as a new one Lappeenranta units. Centralized Finnish project organization is also under South Business Unit.
Units of Iisalmi and Raahe will be combined in North Business Units, the responsible Business Unit Manager is Joni Siironen. Jani Laukkanen is still responsible of Iisalmi unit’s customers, daily operations and personnel resources.
