FSP PROMISES TO RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS’ REQUIREMENTS MORE EFFECTIVELY

We have finalized our co-operation negotiations in 30th September 2014, that’s how we ensure that we respond to our customers’ needs also in the future, we invest in flexibility and the overall quality of our services.

With organizational changes we both enhance and develop our operations and respond to the demand of the surface treatment and value–added services according to our Way We Work; Smartly, Like promised and by Taking care of customers.

In the negotiations we agreed of a working time bank, which increases the flexibility. We believe that it will be beneficial both to our personnel and customers.

We will be more active and enhance more to our well started idea culture and development actions. We challenge the whole personnel and customers to give feed-back and ideas more actively, that’s how we develop our operations, to benefit of all parties.

Actions will be informed later during the autumn.
